Working predominantly with photography and collage, Alexandra Ralyn is a mixed media photographer based in Madison, WI who is currently studying film and art at Madison College. Alexandra, a born and raised Wisconsinite, looks to gender, race, and film through their collage, mixed media photography, and street-work. Taking influences from storytelling and poetry, Alexandra's practice intends to connect young women through their desires and shared experiences. Most recognized for her film photography and multimedia work, Alexandra has occupied a number of physical spaces, including the MMOCA Teen Forum Exhibition, Badger Conference Art Show, and more, leading to community recognition and support.
